Paul Traub Associates Limited was awarded the Racal Star Award for Outstanding Achievement in the field of Avionics for research into Three Dimensional Displays and Situational Awareness.

Government Committee Membership

Paul was the Human Factors and Training Needs Analysis Specialist for the Defence Nuclear Safety (DNSC).

The Defence Nuclear Safety Committee (DNSC) is the primary source of independent advice to the Secretary of State for Defence on nuclear safety issues associated with the defence nuclear programmes, with an emphasis on Nuclear Submarine SSBN and SSN operations. This includes the power plant and the strategic weapon.

Rail Industry Association Award

Paul Traub Associates Limited received a Rail Industry Association Award for the design of the Signalling Tactical Picture (as part of the Altran Team for DMWS).

As part of a joint Altran and Network Rail collaborative team, Paul Traub Associates' work was recognised via a Fourth Friday Club Railway Industry Innovation Award for the development of the COMPASS Degraded Mode Working System (DMWS); a solution to address signalling- related delays.

Best in Human Risk Assessment Services

Paul Traub Associates Limited was awarded the Best in Human Risk Assessment Services award by CorporateLiveWire's Innovation & Excellence Awards.

In particular, Judge Andrew Walsh said: "Paul has demonstated his expertise as the subject matter expert responsible for user centred design strategy and guidance for the largest Agile MoD programme in the UK."
